From the vaults of HSO’s broad genetic collection comes another classic GEIST-GROW breeding creation, the Sapphire OG. Comprised of an OG X OG/Afghan, this unique phenotype displays the unique landrace traits of HSO’s Old World Afghan fused into the timeless classic and uncirculated late 90’s OG Kush. This resulted in a potent and beautiful array of both color and complex aromas.
Fast growth in beginning stages results in fast transitions into the flowering period. Doubling in size, trellising is recommended to control the canopy as SCROG techniques are ideal to fill desired footprints and create even growth. Thin fan leaves make for ample light penetration allowing for strong secondary development.
Indoors, flowering induces rather quickly as sites build to be long dense crowning colas, high in resin count. Displaying an array of color during final stages. Sapphire finishes in just 57-63 days. Outdoors, harvests can be expected by the end of September to early October reaching heights of over 5+ meters contingent on the skill set of the grower.
