- TERMS OF DELIVERY

To preserv the quality of seeds in summer shipments don't leave our stock on Friday. Orders are sent from our wareshouse in Genova with anonymous packages.

Time of order processing: 3-4 working days + 1 or 2 days for the delivery (except Prompt Delivery category items).

ORDER PROCESSING: please wait our confirmation e-mail to pay your order. Some products may be not available at the moment.

- SPECIAL GIFTS

In every package we insert some little gifts based on availability and amount of your orders. With orders up to 30€ (costs and VAT excluded) we give you 1 free seed (1 seed for every order). Our promotions cannot be combined, we don't send free seeds if you already use a coupon code.

- INSURED SHIPMENT AND COMPLAINTS

For insured orders in case of damaged products or open cartons with missing goods please keep the original package, the box and the label.

- INSURANCE

For high value or fragile items we recommend to insure the shipment in order to be compensated in case of damage caused by the courier. We remind you that the orders travel at the buyer’s risk.

-RECESS RIGHTS

You have 14 days to return goods, that will be accepted only if in unharmed state and in the original package.

Before you resend the goods, it is compulsory to send an email to info@hempatia.network  giving all your details and the order number, in order to let us accept the sending. Without that mail the sending would be refused. The expedition’s price is at the expense of the client.

The refund will occur within seven working days from the reception of the goods, and in the way agreed with the client.

-COURT OF JUSTICE

The court of Genoa, Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any controversy.
